Kayak tour from Sant Tomàs to Binigaus and hiking to the cave la Cova des Coloms

Combine kayaking with hiking and discover the Binigaus area and the Cova des Coloms, a massive cave known as ‘the cathedral’.



Enjoy a combination of kayaking with hiking, and discover the finest natural areas on the south coast of Menorca.

We’ll leave by kayak from Sant Tomàs beach and head west, stopping at the islet of Binicodrell, the cave of the Contrabandistas (Smugglers) and the unspoiled beach of Binigaus. Here we’ll swap our paddles for trainers and hike to the Binigaus ravine and on to the stunning Cova des Coloms, a massive cave known as ‘the cathedral’. Then we’ll return to the beach and paddle back to Sant Tomàs.

Schedule and duration

Departures daily at 10.00h and 16.00h from Sant Tomàs beach.
Duration approximately 4 hours.


Good physical conditions required, no recomendable for children.
