1. What happens if I can’t do the activity due to bad weather?
Don’t worry, we’ll schedule it for another day and time for you. And if for any reason you have to cancel the activity completely, we’ll refund 100% of your payment.

2. Can I cancel my booking?
Of course, all that we ask is that you give us 7 days notice. If you cancel 48 hours before the date and time of the booking, we will have to enforce a penalty of 25% of the cost of the booking, and if it’s just the day before the penalty is 50% of the cost. If you cancel at the last minute, ie: in less than 24 hours before the date and time of the booking, there will be no refund at all.
